About Me
Hi, I'm Taylor :)
I’ve always been passionate about helping others discover their potential and take the next step toward their goals. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida, I found my calling in career development and employer relations. My journey has taken me through teaching, event planning, marketing, and career coaching, where I’ve built skills in program design, client engagement, and student support.
Now, as the Assistant Director of Internship Development at USF, I focus on building strong partnerships with employers to design internships, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities that align with business goals and expand access for students. At the heart of my work is a simple motivation: helping others, fostering connections, and turning great ideas into action!

Outside of work, I love all things around community and pop culture. I enjoy going to the movies, spending time with my family and friends, reading, and I love to travel!
